Traditional addressing is flat printed using a san serif or serif font option offered by UpperCase Designs. Envelope colors are limited to lighter colored envelopes with black or gray ink only. Layout addressing will coordinate with your invitation or stationery suite style.

Address File Guidelines

Column A - The Title and Name

Column B - The Title and Name(s) Line 2 (for couples with different last names/unmarried couples living together and children under 18)

Column C - Street Address Line 1

Column D - Street Address Line 2 (Apartment Numbers or Units)

Column E - City

Column F - State

Column G - Zip Code

Column H - Country (for non United States addresses)

  • Spell out all abbreviations (spell out street, road, boulevard etc)
  • Spell out all States
